Terry Lockitch | Associate

Terry’s skillset within the family law arena derives from the merging of his passion for justice and his expertise in strategic and commercial management and complex negotiations for some of Australia’s largest corporations. Terry’s experience combined with an innate empathy enable him to maintain an empathic stance whilst focusing on a solutions-driven approach and results-focused outcome optimised for the client’s specific needs and individual circumstances.

Nayyer Qureshi | CA

Nayyer is a qualified and dedicated Chartered Accountant and taxation expert with many years’ experience across Australia, UAE and the UK in a multitude of leadership and advisory roles. Nayyer is passionate about being at the forefront of change processes and controls whilst driving compliance with state and federal laws. He is proficient in taxation, reporting and predictive analysis.

When not at work, Nayyer enjoys spending his time with family and friends and is an active participant in his local community, including assisting new migrants to find their feet and understand services available to them.

As such, she plays an integral role in the management and organisation of the office. Deb has a keen interest in fashion and adores her dog.

Kasey Gill | Legal Assistant

Kasey is currently studying a dual degree in Law (Honours) and Arts at the University of Queensland. Kasey’s calm and efficient approach to client enquiries makes her well-trusted by our clients.  She approaches tasks with a logical and clear mindset that ensures everything is kept on track and running smoothly. When Kasey is not working or studying you will find her listening to a podcast or playing basketball.

Jessica Freer | Legal Assistant

Jessica’s empathetic and caring nature makes her the ideal first point of contact for clients. Her highly compassionate and genuine determination to help in any way she can makes her invaluable to the firm. Jessica has a keen interest in studying the French language and travelling in the near future.
